Within a year he successfully launched an orthoK specialty in a rural, middle-class region of Kentucky. By 2015, he had carved out enough specialty clientele that he launched MEYEND Performance (pronounced “mind”), a concierge service company that provides sensory and cognitive baseline and training to collegiate and professional athletes, coaches, and entire athletic departments and pro team organizations.
