One of the principle keys to a successful and healthy practice is the success at IMPLEMENTING any new, valued ideas, policies or procedures. A significant barrier to achieving this is the lack of time to conceptualize, construct and incorporate any chosen changes into a busy practice.
Supercharge Your Practice addresses and solves most of those impediments which all practices face. Dr. Nick Despotidis has great ideas which he has thought through, tested, distilled and has successfully implemented into his fantastic practice. All any doctor has to do is read, believe and incorporate the numerous practice-growing, patient-exciting tools presented in this comprehensive, turn-key program. Supercharge Your Practice is a gift for any practice but it is a ‘must-have’ for any practice currently involved in, or getting involved in Orthokeratology!
Peter E. Wilcox, O.D
Meeting you at San Diego workshop was a treat. You kept me awake during the entire workshop, there was never a dull moment. You're right about the system is not just for OK practice, I was able to implement it for the entire office. I am proud to say that I finally finished my office procedure manual because of you. Thank you for sharing and your continuing support even after the workshop. You're an inspiration.
Pamela Wu, O.D.
He’s absolutely right! There’s no “fluff,” just proven strategies for any aspect of your practice. Use it tomorrow morning advice along with true stories of his successes and failures make this a must take workshop. You’ll go home with powerful tools, very useful materials and the ability to implement new strategies the next day. Nick’s energy and enthusiasm make the time pass quickly and his passion for helping you become successful is extraordinary. Thank you for a great presentation and your commitment to a successful optometric practice.
Cathy Stern, OD, FCSO, FCOVD
Before I attended your seminar, I was unsure as to whether or not I should get involved in CRT. After your seminar, I decided that I was definitely going to do CRT. The material was very useful and I am definitely using it to begin my CRT practice. You are an excellent motivational speaker and my goal is to have a CRT practice that is as successful as yours.
Roxanne Coan, OD
I attended your SuperChargeYourPractice! in San Diego last February 2008 and it certainly was an "eye opening" experience!
I have managed to increase my practice, gross revenues and included GVSS into my practice. GVSS is fast becoming my practice focus. I'm extremely excited about the potential for enormous growth. I would recommend SuperChargeYourPractice seminar to any O.D.!
Dr. Neville Cohen, OD
I attended your SuperCharge talk at the AAO. We have been doing approx 2-4 CRT cases/mo verses the 1 every other mo or so since. The SuperCharge workshop was helpful in allowing me to have a contact to ask questions regarding corneal reshaping. Previously I only had consultants on the phone to advise me. However now I can get the advise of another practitioner. This advise is valuable and could be thought of as a corneal reshaping club. Clubs are fun, so join the club and take your practice to a new level.
Robert Love, OD, FAAO, PA
I took Nick's course last October. I'm a seasoned corneal reshaping fitter, having been doing it for years. I've enjoyed this technology and have done very well with it. Taking Nick's SuperCharge workshop has kicked our corneal reshaping practice to a whole new level, sincerely mean that, no exaggeration. I've been in practice a long time and recognize when someone is sincere and knows what they're talking about. Nick's called me when I asked and shared information without reservation. I strongly recommend you take advantage of his workshop, I'm very happy I made the decision to attend.
Fredrick Tillman, OD
I would heartily recommend the SuperchargeYourPractice workshop if you truly want to supercharge your practice! By that I mean, do you want to provide your patients with the best service and care imaginable and ( get this!) be paid what you and those services are worth? Do you want to feel energized at the end of a long day doing all this rather than tired and defeated? Well then attend this workshop! It was the fastest, most informative four hours of practice management I've been to. We have begun a new and prosperous phase of how my office is organized as well as what we expect and demand from ouselves and our patients. All that's happened since attending Dr. Nick's "little chat" has been nothing but that, POSITIVE! Dr. Despotidis gives you all you need to understand, digest and incorporate his winning common sense philosophies and all you need to do is do it. I did and I'm reaping the rewards and I'm no management genius.
Seriously, this is cheap money if you want your practice, dare I say your life, to head in the abovementioned direction.
Barry J. Toyzer, OD
I am very pleased that I attended Nick’s workshop. His presentation was clear and well thought out. He obviously loves CRT and enthusiastically shared with us many of the systems that he utilizes within his own practice. I was able to put several of them to use immediately upon returning to my office. His handouts have proven to be extremely helpful in our office for not only the growth of our CRT practice, but have been useful in other areas also.
I highly recommend Nick’s workshop for any practitioner who wants to provide more CRT in their practice.
Scott M. Pearl, OD
Things are going great! We added it up and we have done 12 cases since our meeting in March and have implemented many of your ideas. I believe we are creating a buzz in our little town. People are talking and I am getting ready to go on maternity leave and have three more cases set to start when I get back in October. Thank you for your help.
Christa Walling, OD
I was one of the first the first practitioners certified by Paragon to fit CRT and have been doing Orthokeratology for over 25 years. My knowledge was recently clarified and reenergized by Dr. D. of Hamilton NJ.
The principles that I originally stated I my articles have been clarified and expanded upon with greater clarity and focus with the SuperchargeYourPractice seminar. The introduction and first three chapters on establishing a foundation, visualizing your outcome and marketing helped me rethink my approach to CRT and the reason and potentials that originally drove me to the modality. For me it was a rebirth into the best way to present overnight corrections and how to effectively document the visits and inform the patients.
All of the above elements of the presentation are important, but beyond a doubt it is the enthusiasm of Dr. D. that is the most impressive. His skill, personality and belief in corneal reshaping are the keys to success. I give my highest recommendations and also my gratitude to Dr. D. for his efforts in creating and presenting our profession and patient base with SuperChargeYourPractice.
Richard H. Kimmich, OD, FAAO, FCOVD
I attended SuperchargeYourPractice with Dr. Nick Despotidis last October. I cannot say enough for this seminar! It has changed the way I practice and has increased the gross sales of the business. Nick’s philosophies and management strategies create unique business opportunities with an increase in sales almost instantly. His enthusiasm for what he does is contagious. I was captivated for the entire four hours! I would highly recommend Nick’s workshop if your practice seems to be lacking something and needs to truly be “supercharged!”
Jennifer M. Smith, OD
Thank you so much for the wonderful workshop, and for sending these materials. They really show the dedication you and your staff have to building an excellent practice. Although we are a much smaller practice, we try to hold ourselves and our staff to high standards and I think it will pay off in the long run.
We have already used many of the ideas you provided in the workshop. It's been a slow start, but we are headed in the right direction!
As a newer practice, we really appreciate getting advice from good doctors, who care about their patients and manage their practices successfully. It gives us hope through these first few difficult years!

We attended Dr. Nick Despotidis’ SuperChargeYourPractice seminar in October 2007. It was an informative, motivating, and entertaining experience. We left the conference room with a surge of excitement to implement the program that Dr. D walked us through. He helped evaluate and improve our practice in more areas than just corneal reshaping. His systems are applicable in all areas of practice and have helped our office run more efficiently. He has made introducing corneal reshaping fairly painless and has been there to help when asked. We couldn’t have imagined starting this specialty without his course. The material that we received as a result has been truly priceless. We can’t thank him and Brienne enough for all of their help!

I loved your seminar and shared the major points with my staff as soon as I got back to the office. I've implemented some of your ideas and refined more of my own that have worked for me, based on the principles you presented. Lately, I've been recommending CRT with all the parents of my developing myopes. I am consistently doing two or three new fits per month, up from doing 8 all of last year before your seminar! Thanks again for all your enthusiasm and blueprint for success.Robin Sapossnek, OD
I found your course to be extremely useful, organized and actually inspiring. You have given me all the tools necessary to begin adding orthokeratology to my practice. Each step is outlined from beginning to end including staff training, patient education and sales, documentation, etc. Also your personal attention and advice have been invaluable Thank you
Arlene Schwartz, OD
Rarely do you attend a seminar where you are not only educated but entertained. Nick has the incredible flair for both. I have had the opportunity to witness Nick in action over the last 10 years as I have enjoyed his lectures as part of a national practice management study group. He is completely dedicated to excellence in the art and science of CRT and is able to present it to the audience in a way that can make you laugh and cry. Yes, his expertise about the topic is second to none, but it is his passion and energy which makes attending Nick's seminar something you have to put on your "must attend" list!
Dan L. Fortenbacher, OD, FCOVD
I have had the pleasure of observing Dr. Despotidis manage his GVSS patients as well as learn his program. He has taken the time to really understand how to deliver excellent care and make the GVSS program grow. I was shown how to organize this specialty, use Dr. Despotidis’ strategies to evaluate patients and get them to refer others. After implementing his program, my office is beginning to see a nice growth to this specialty niche. It is also a lot of fun!
Jim Aversa, OD
When I took your “SuperCharge” course, I found that your enthusiasm and innovative practice management ideas, really revved me up to make changes in how I do things in the office.
I have not only applied your ideas more generally, and successfully, to other areas of my practice.
Your course was more than worth the fee.
Errol Rummel, OD, FAAO, FCOVD, FNORA
You're going to laugh, but I was totally exhausted after your talk. I don't know how you gather so much energy to be able to talk so enthusiastically for three straight hours! You were amazing! I was told that I would be entertained and I sure was. Not only that, but your enthusiasm was so contagious. I can't tell you how busy I've been since your seminar. Not necessarily seeing a lot of patients, but getting ready to see them. You won't believe how organized I'm getting, just by the tips you provided at your seminar.
The drive up to Denver was well worth it. I'm so confident that my practice is going to do so well this year and beyond. I want to thank you for sharing so much information with all of us who attended your seminar. It is encouraging to know that it is possible to have an extremely successful practice, and still be able to have time to spend with family!
Thank you so much! I look forward to meeting with you again.
Karen Higashi-Reynolds, OD
I just went to Nick's presentation for the second time. It is just a great all around talk about supercharging your practice, especially in the realm of GVSS. He gives out pretty much any and all information if you really want to boost your GVSS practice. Perhaps more importantly, doing this also will REALLY help other profit centers in your office. You can adopt any of the systems and procedures to any part of your practice.
He probably has one of the largest GVSS practices in the country and is very passionate about it. If you want to get GVSS going, that's the main reason to see him talk.
He doesn't call himself a consultant which is ok, but be sure to see him talk about his practice sometime soon! Some of the best practical info I have seen.
We are lucky to have him on this forum.Ross Cusic, OD
Thank you for the time and effort you put into the presentation in Denver. It was much appreciated. I think it was most beneficial for me to hear that I am normal! For so long I have had the "Eeyore" syndrome when it comes to my practice (Woe is me!). Hearing you tell about the worries, frustrations, successes, failures and history of your practice really hit home with me. I have sat behind my desk many times with those same thoughts, but I just assumed it was because I was not a good businessman. I know I am a good doctor, but your encouragement to pour the effort needed into my practice really validated my efforts (or lack thereof). I now have a "new lease on life" in my practice and it has already started to pay off. I was even able to justify closing our second office and hiring a new person to help in the office and administrate our orthokeratology program. The orthokeratology portion of my practice is about ready to become a reality and I have been much more bold to suggest it to patients in the examination room.
Most things are going swimmingly here in WV and through
some of your ideas from the Supercharge Your Practice seminar we have
already seen noticeable growth in the practice.Alan French, OD, FAAO
We have just finalized a brochure that we plan to give to all CRT candidates. I have also put together a power point presentation that we hope to use at in-office seminars for interested patients. We are gearing up our staff and plan to really promote CRT beginning March 2007. I did get several good ideas from your seminar. Thank you for all your help.
Micki Flynn, OD, FAAO
If you are a CRT or Orthokeratology practitioner and you have not heard a presentation by Dr. Nick Despoditis, you are missing out. Dr. Despoditis lives and breathes every aspect of corneal reshaping from technical fitting to problem solving, marketing and practice building. As a fairly well-seasoned fitter myself, I was transfixed through every moment of his talk at a recent workshop and left with a slew of new ideas and materials. If you are interested in learning or advancing yourself in corneal reshaping, I can heartily recommend you attend one of his lectures which are available for beginners all the way to highly advanced. Thanks Nick for taking this discipline to new and unchartered heights.
Michael Goldsmid, OD, FAAO
If you learn from trial and error and provide the same care as your competitors, you'll wind up with the same results. A better way would be to learn the systems Dr. Despotidis has developed for providing exceptional patient care, while thriving in private practice. Nick has been a client of The Power Practice for over 15 years and his success represents the reward of working smart, not hard. Go to his workshop, listen to him, take his advice, but most of all - take action, you won't regret it!
Dr. Gary Gerber, President and Founder, The Power Practice®
After attending your seminar "Top 5 Secrets to Supercharge Your Practice" this past weekend at the 3rd annual ASCRT, I couldn't wait to return to my practice and share with my partners the wealth of information contained in your presentation. The details you shared regarding the mechanics of your GVSS practice, along with the information on disc, will honestly allow our practice to take over-night corneal reshaping to the next level. Thanks again for taking the time out if your busy practice to help your colleagues.
Kevin Reeder, OD
Practice management is the cornerstone to any successful corneal reshaping practice. Dr. Despotidis' techniques have proven to be extremely effective in presenting this modality to our patients. Once that has been accomplished, his "how-to" approach to patient management has dramatically increased our success and patient satisfaction rate.

No matter how many times I hear him speak, Nick’s seminars always provide great ideas to help make my CRT practice more successful. Any time I get to spend time with him, I leave feeling energized and ready to get back to work. His passion and enthusiasm are contagious!
Stephen Cohen, OD
Seldom, perhaps never, have I attended a presentation that was so passionately given. It is very obvious that you and your staff are 100% committed to corneal reshaping and making it a cornerstone of your practice. Your technique of integrating the modality into one's practice and the dramatic increase of revenues gained from that commitment will be invaluable in my office. Thanks for the opportunity to attend.
Lee Rigel, OD
Nick Despotidis has a proven system for creating a successful contact lens corneal reshaping practice. Learn how to manage patients, get buy-in from staff members and control financial outcomes. If you're truly interested in growing your corneal reshaping practice this is the workshop for you.
Craig W. Norman, FCLSA
As a vision therapy practitioner, I appreciated Nick’s perspectives on how CRT and vision therapy practice management go hand in hand. Nick gives practical advice in applying and integrating key practice management strategies to grow and take any practice to the next level. I went home with not just ideas, but with the confidence and tools to implement marketing strategies for my CRT and VT practice immediately.
Carole L. Hong, OD, COVD
I've been meaning to write and thank you for the eye opening workshop you provided recently.
During my first year of optometry school, upon discover of CRT I had an immediate interest in CRT and I couldn‘t understand why I had never heard of it before, and why they were not being fit by all eye doctors. In school, I became certified and learned how to fit CRT, but was told that most doctors think it is too time consuming and difficult.
This is absolutely not the case if the right systems are in place. Dr.Despotidis' SuperChargeYourPractice workshop taught me how to talk to the patients and parents about CRT and how to make systems that will bring my office success. During the workshop, I was sitting on the edge of my seat the entire time. I was so excited I could hardly sleep that night.
Armed with the information Dr. D provided at the workshop, our CRT fitting has increased significantly. Thanks, Dr. Despotidis!

I have been in private practice for over 20 years and have been doing CRT for the last 4 years or so, with moderate success.
Since taking Dr. D's class, there has been a marked turnaround in the office. I have begun to institute some of his ideas with very nice results. My office is a specialty practice with a large emphasis on vision therapy. CRT is now something else that has been added to my arsenal.
Using his techniques I have done more CRT fits in the month of January, then I have done cumulatively since last May. On top of just the success of it, Dr. D's enthusiasm and his down to earth presentation, is truly inspirational. You can use his ideas in many practice management ways, not just for CRT.
I wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone who wants fresh ideas as to how to incorporate CRT into their practice, or to those who just need a shot in the arm regarding marketing and practice management.
Jerry Wintrob, MA, OD, FCOVD
As a contact lens resident we get a lot of
information about fitting lenses, new products and disease management,
but very little about how to work these things profitably into a
practice. Seeing the model you've designed and successfully applied
makes initiating CRT into my own practice seem practical.
Thanks again for the invitation, I enjoyed the workshop.
Elizabeth Sanders, OD
Thanks again for EVERYTHING! I really did enjoy the seminar, and as always, you've given me lots to think about and do! We're on a big campaign here, and have the goal to speak to at LEAST 1 pt./day about CRT. My staff and I came up with renaming our program, as you did, too, to "EyeSightOverNight" lenses, for which we're developing a website for now. We've drafted some t-shirts that advertise for the lenses, us, and Paragon to give to our patients upon dispensing. It's a lot of work, for sure to get this REALLY underway, not to mention scheduling problems... I'm interviewing now for a personal assistant to take some stress off my present, small staff.I know things will come up along the way, please don't be upset if I shoot you a hello! I really appreciate all you've done for me to get this to be the integral part of my practice that I so want!!You've become my mentor!
Patti A. Richard, OD
Both my husband and I enjoyed your lecture. We felt more empowered and inspired after the meeting. You have given us a few ideas on how to promote the office and how to "sell" CRT program to potential patients.Since the lecture, I have already signed up four new pts and have been quite busy doing the fitting and follow ups.
Eileen Lo, OD
We are doing well at the Wohl Eye Center and currently involved in implementing many of your great ideas in our low vision rehabilitation program. Dr. Wohl and I appreciate your advice and sincerely thank you for your expertise.

Thanks for your motivation…..since Christmas we have finished our certification and received our marketing kit and fitting set. We are planning a patient open house/info meeting with our lab rep for early spring. That will give us some time to become familiar with everything and test drive the process with one of my employees as a victim er, patient.

I attended Dr. D's lecture on Supercharging Your Practice, and it was well worth the time. Dr. D takes the time to explain common pitfalls novice doctors make, and really provides an effective plan for growing your orthokeratology practice. I'm really looking forward to implementing many of his ideas. Plus, you just gotta love his enthusiasm!
H. Jeff Ward, OD
Thank you so much for the invite to your Super Charge Your Practice
lecture. I learned tons. It was information I have never heard or
seen before. The information provided in this course is not available during
typical continuing education courses or something you learned in
school. You make sense out of managing orthokeratology
patients and organization the financial aspects to run a successful
practice.
I look forward to meeting up with you again and have a merry Christmas
and a wonderful new year.
